Their operations, covering grocery stores, pet stores, and other retail environments, required handling large volumes of documents daily. "Our documents were basically held everywhere," said Priscilla Attard, Director of Operations. "Like many businesses, we had them in different folders, and no one could find anything when they needed it. It was chaotic."

Moreover, processes such as document creation, signing, and archiving were manually handled, making them time-consuming and prone to errors. Key documents—such as lease applications, basic support agreements, credit card authorization forms, customer registration forms, and employee contact forms—were transformed into digital templates. Globe POS can now create new templates directly on the platform to exchange with their counterparties, store and manage all their documents within one system.

Additionally, Globe POS can easily send these documents to counterparties, including customers, partners, or employees, for filling, signing, and approval. The process has been streamlined with collaboration tools like delegation and real-time status tracking, ensuring all parties have visibility into document progress. Accountant clerk Frances Buni emphasized the operational improvements: "Before, it was hard to keep track of what had been signed and what was pending. Now, everything is logged in the system, and we get notifications when actions are needed. This has significantly reduced our administrative workload."

DocStudio also provides secure storage and access while enabling Globe POS to quickly search, filter, and retrieve documents. Moreover, it seamlessly integrates all crucial documents with Globe POS’s IT systems, such as ERP and CRM, further enhancing operational efficiency.
